Chicken Pot Pie From Scratch

This was a long project, but Amy told me it was worth the effort. She was right. Yum!!!


I also made a video of "the making of". I edited a 2 hour process down to the 4.5 minutes of questions I had along the way. It may or may not be worth 5 minutes of your time.

Chopping the chicken. Sauteeing. Making videos. I don't know. I started at 6:30 and we ate at 8:30.

Calories aren't crazy. The pie shell is the worst of it. 452 per 1/8 pie serving. (220 of that is for the crust.)
